Poste :

1/ Key Accountabilties & Responsibilities

 

Accountability

  • As a member of the EMEA Pricing Centre of Excellence the Pricing Consultant will :
  • Create and control pricing and other commercial models relating to the supply of outsourced Contact Centre and other BPO Services to achieve strategic outcomes for Concentrix + Webhelp.
  • Coordinate pricing on domestic and international bids with domestic and international stakeholders.
  • Be the pricing expert for all functions involved in the Bid Process (Bid & Solution team, Sales, Local management teams, Finance, Planning, IT, Legal…).
  • Build bespoke pricing models whenever needed.
  • Contribute to commercial presentations to Client and also for internal purposes
  • Support our Sales Leads (business developers, account managers, business unit directors) in steering commercial discussions with clients or prospects, and act as the pricing expert in front of clients.
  • Act as the primary point of contact and liaison between the central EMEA Pricing Team and the French speaking delivery locations


Client Relationship / Customer Focus

  • Assist in the development and maintenance of client relationships and business development between key business partners both within and external to the company.
  • Communicate regularly and effectively with team and operations and reinforce partnerships
  • To attend or assist in meetings to ensure effective lines of communication


Planning And Prioritising

  • Ensure all projects are completed to timescales
  • Plan and sets goals prioritising in line with commercial, customer and client demands


Business Awareness

  • Presents a professional, friendly and caring image at all times.
  • Keeps abreast of client and company strategy/developments and maintains awareness of contact centre industry developments.
  • Support the growth of the client base by identifying areas and opportunities to increase Concentrix + Webhelp’s competitiveness in the market.
  • Act in a responsible manner at all times ensuring compliance with the Companies' Policies which are located on the Concentrix + Webhelp intranet
     

Profil recherché :

2/ Skills/Knowledge & Experience

 

Profile :

  • Strong academic background. Graduated from a Business/Engineering School or a top tier University.
  • Knowledge of Business plan and financial modelling - strong Excel skills & experience required.Fluent English - knowledge of another European language is a plus.
  • Ability to learn and to adapt in a very fast-growing organization.
  • Very good interpersonal skills, ability to easily connect with people from other backgrounds and cultures and to steer projects involving numerous stakeholders.
  • A previous international experience is a must.
  • Comfortable in MS Excel, with Higher Intermediate to Expert level skills
  • Understanding of Contact Centre and BPO pricing models is a big plus
  • Resilient, independent, and self-motivated individual
  • Highly effective communicator with an ability to work remotely with Business Managers and Finance colleagues.
  • Ability to work to a flexible schedule broadly aligned to Central European Time (CET) working hours
  • 3-5 years of experience in business controlling, management consulting, investment banking or audit and/or significant experience in procurement of outsourced services, designing and using frameworks to assess and select suppliers. Financial/commercial modelling is still a must have.
  • Knowledge and previous experience in the BPO sector
