Poste :
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Supervise IT technical support in Morocco.
- Coordinate computer equipment installation, upgrades, repairs, and service.
- Supervise preventive and corrective maintenance.
- Perform hardware and software inventory control.
- Record of IT services.
- Supervise voice and data network infrastructure maintenance.
- Participate in IT project evaluation.
- Participate in the implementation of new information technologies, including those strategic for the company.
- Execute information backups.
- Software installation and configuration.
- Provide technical support.
- Servers administration.
- Focus on Processes: Manages with a process approach to achieve the objectives. Involves process understanding, definition, and management with a focus on PDCA and Prevention.
- Planning and Analysis of Risks: Uses Risk-based thinking with his/her team and functions. Involves risk identification, analysis of causes and consequences, assessment of risk level and treatment; and documentation of the above as evidence for its control.
- Take part and Comply with the provisions of the Environmental Management System ISO 14001/ ISO 45001 and Quality Management System IATF 16949.
- Responsible for understanding and compliance with the specific requirements established by customers with Zero Defects in sight.
Profil recherché :
- Academic Background : A bachelor's degree in computer science or information technology.
- Experience : At least 5 years technical experience in Information Technology
- English Advanced.
- Administration / IT.
- Lean tools.
- MS Office.
- Local Area Network (LAN) – Structured cabling.
- ITIL.
- Ability to develop teamwork in subordinates.
