Full job description

We’re looking for a sharp, detail-oriented Junior Project Manager to work directly with the Head of Product. This is a hands-on role at the center of how we run client accounts, data production, platforms, and internal operations.

You’ll be exposed to client management, data annotation workflows, developer coordination, and commercial operations in a fast-moving AI data environment.

This is not a passive coordination role, you’ll be expected to learn quickly, take ownership, and operate with precision.

What you’ll do

You’ll assist across all core product and operations functions, including:

Client & Account Support

• Support day-to-day management of a major enterprise client
• Track requirements, feedback, deliverables, and follow-ups
• Help prepare materials for client updates, reviews, and proposals

Project & Platform Operations

• Oversee workflows on annotation platforms we operate
• Track project progress, quality metrics, edge cases, and blockers
• Coordinate with developers on feature requests, bugs, and improvements
• Annotation & Workforce Management
• Help manage annotators and reviewers (task distribution, QA follow-ups, escalations)
• Ensure instructions, guidelines, and updates are clearly communicated
• Monitor quality issues and flag inconsistencies early

Operational & Commercial Support

• Assist in offer preparation, scoping, and pricing inputs
• Support outreach and coordination with partners or contributors
• Maintain documentation, trackers, and internal process clarity

What we’re looking forMust-haves

• Extremely strong attention to detail
• High learning velocity and ability to adapt in an ambiguous, fast-changing environment
• Clear written communication (English required; Arabic a plus)
• Comfortable juggling multiple workstreams without dropping context
• Proactive mindset — you spot issues before they become problems

Strong plus

• Previous experience doing data annotation or review work
• Familiarity with annotation tools, guidelines, or QA processes
• Experience working with product, ops, or technical teams
• Basic understanding of AI/ML data workflows (training data, evals, quality)
