Rise Data Labs builds infrastructure that supports next-generation AI systems. We operate at the intersection of engineering, data, and applied AI.

Role

You’ll work on internal systems, automation, and product tooling that support AI-driven workflows. This is a hands-on role with real ownership from day one.

What We’re Looking For

Core Requirements

• 1–3 years experience OR exceptional side projects
• Strong Python or TypeScript/JavaScript
• Solid backend fundamentals
• Experience building and shipping real projects
• High ownership mindset
• Clear written communication

Strong Signal

• AI-related side projects
• Experience working with LLMs
• Comfort working independently with minimal specs
• Open-source contributions
