Key Responsibilities

As a Learning Support Assistant, your day-to-day will be dynamic and deeply impactful. Your core duties will include:

• In-Classroom Support: Working closely with lead teachers to facilitate learning, ensuring students with diverse needs remain engaged and supported during core lessons.
• Targeted Interventions: Collaborating directly with the School Psychologist to implement bespoke intervention programs.
• Small Group Facilitation: Leading focused sessions for small groups of students to bridge learning gaps in literacy, numeracy, or social-emotional development.
• Progress Tracking: Monitoring student growth and providing valuable feedback to the inclusion team to refine support strategies.
