Full job description

Position Overview:
The Real Estate Sales Representative plays a critical role in converting warm leads into successful transactions with buyers. This position involves direct engagement with potential buyers generated from marketing campaigns, providing personalized property solutions, and supporting them through the purchasing process. With a focus on timely follow-ups and closing deals, the ultimate goal is to drive the agency’s growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Buyer Engagement:

  • Engage with buyers to understand their property preferences and offer tailored property solutions.
  • Clearly communicate the benefits of properties, highlighting key features and value propositions.

Lead Management:

  • Manage warm leads from various campaigns, ensuring prompt follow-up and engagement.
  • Use CRM tools to track buyer interactions and maintain accurate records of the sales process.

Sales Process:

  • Support buyers through every stage of the purchasing process, from inquiry to closing.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth transition and effective deal closure.

Qualifications:

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Experience in working with buyers or in a similar sales-oriented role.
  • Proficient in CRM systems and sales management tools.
  • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.

Compensation:

1. Base salary: 300$

2. Commissions and Bonuses

  • Prequalification Commission

Earn a commission if you perform a prequalification and the lead is handed over to a sales agent.

Commission Rate: 3% of the agency’s commission

  • Full Lead Handling Commission_

Earn a commission if you perform a prequalification and manage the lead until the deal is closed.

Commission Rate: 10% of the agency’s commission

  • Lead Generation Commission

Earn a commission for finding a lead interested in selling, when a potential buyer you spoke with wants to sell instead and this lead turns into a deal.

Commission Rate: 5% of the deal value (one-time)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 3,000.00DH - 20,000.00DH per month
