Full job description

We're looking for a Creative Strategist to take ownership of the quality and performance of our ad creatives across paid channels.

You'll review ad concepts, select the strongest ideas, refine copy and visuals, and ship them — fast. You'll work primarily in Canva to edit and assemble both static and video creatives.

This is a hands-on role. Creative judgment, quick execution, and a sharp eye for what makes people stop scrolling.

What you'll do:

→ Review ad creatives (static + video) and select the best concepts for launch

→ Edit and assemble final ads in Canva — video trimming, text overlays, layouts, pacing

→ Refine ad copy, headlines, and CTAs for clarity and conversion

→ Review landing page content for messaging alignment and flow

→ Maintain consistent brand look and tone across all touchpoints

→ Track what performs and use insights to sharpen future creative decisions

What you need:

→ Fluent in French and English (spoken + written) — hard requirement

→ Strong creative eye for paid social — you spot winners and explain why

→ Proficient in Canva (static + video)

→ Solid grasp of direct response: hooks, CTAs, visual hierarchy, urgency

→ Fast and decisive under volume

→ Sharp copy instincts — you know when a headline is flat or a CTA needs work

Nice to have:

→ Experience in performance marketing, growth, or e-commerce

→ Familiarity with A/B testing creatives based on results

→ Comfort working with AI-generated content

→ Basic understanding of ad metrics (CTR, CPA, ROAS)
