Key Responsibilities

• Write, localize, and adapt user interface content, microcopy, transactional messages, and educational materials for our fintech product across multiple languages.
• Ensure all content complies with regulatory requirements and industry standards across different markets.
• Conduct linguistic reviews, content audits, and user testing to continuously refine messaging for clarity, accuracy, and user impact.
• Partner closely with product, design, legal, and compliance teams to translate complex financial concepts into clear, intuitive, and user-friendly language.
• Own and maintain a consistent brand voice and tone across all product touchpoints, ensuring a seamless and trustworthy user experience.

Key Qualifications

• Native or fluent Darija writing skills are a must, with strong French UX/content writing expertise, demonstrated through a portfolio.
• Ability to communicate fluently in Arabic or English to collaborate effectively with Cairo-based product, design, and engineering teams.
• Proven experience (2+ years preferred) in UX writing, product content, or content design, with fintech or digital products experience as a strong plus.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and how language impacts user experience, particularly in financial or highly regulated environments.
• Solid understanding of financial terminology, concepts, and regulations relevant to digital financial products.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills, working closely with designers, developers, product managers, and compliance stakeholders.
