Follow company procedures and comply with financial regulations.

Profil Recherché

Fluent in French and English (spoken and written).

Previous experience in customer service or call center is a plus.

Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Ability to handle stressful situations professionally and patiently.

Interest in the financial services sector and helping customers.
