Plutus21 Partners is seeking a people-centric and highly organized Office Manager based in Morocco to support core HR operations, talent acquisition, and office management. This role is execution-focused with growth potential into broader HR & People Operations. Youll work closely with internal teams and cross-border stakeholders to enable operational efficiency and a positive employee experience across Plutus21s global presence.
The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in HR coordination, is detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced, globally distributed environment. You bring a proactive mindset, professional communication, and the ability to support cross-functional teams and external partners effectively.
Act as a first point of contact for employee HR-related queries.
Prepare basic HR reports and recruitment updates for internal review.
3+ years of experience in HR, recruitment, or administrative support roles.
Demonstrated exposure to office management and HR administrative processes.
Basic experience supporting teams and internal stakeholders.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and process-driven.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR-related tools(Trello,Hubspot,etc)
