Full job description

We are a social media management agency looking for a reliable, confident on-camera content creator to become the face of our agency’s social media.

This is a long-term, paid role focused on recording short-form videos daily (TikTok, Instagram Reels, Shorts).

IMPORTANT – READ CAREFULLY

This role requires recording yourself on camera every day.

Applications WITHOUT a short intro video will NOT be considered.

Responsibilities

• Record 2–3 short vertical videos per day
• Speak clearly and confidently on camera (scripts/hooks provided)
• Film in a simple UGC style (phone camera, home setup)
• Batch record videos when needed
• Deliver content on time and communicate professionally

Requirements

• Based in Morocco
• Speaks English clearly (French is a plus)
• Comfortable being on camera
• Available long-term (not a temporary gig)
• Has a smartphone with a decent camera
• Reliable and consistent

You Do NOT Need

• A large following
• Influencer experience
• Expensive equipment

Payment

• 3000dh monthly (starting salary)
• Paid test before final hiring
• Contract: 3-month initial contract, with salary review and long-term extension after the first contract period.
