1. **Position:** B2B Appointment Setting for SMEs with Less Than 500 Employees
Conduct research on LinkedIn to identify key contacts.
This role involves sales activities such as phone and email prospecting, with a goal of securing at least six appointments per week.

2. **Training:**
XMA BPO provides a structured training program divided into four phases: training, individual coaching, role-playing, and real-life scenarios.

3. **Support:**
You will receive full support from the XMA BPO team to ensure your success, including onboarding managers, sales directors, product specialists, program managers, technical analysts, customer service representatives, and more.
