Poste :

Join our team as a Procurement Manager and play a vital role in our Industrial sector. Your expertise will be crucial in optimizing our supply chain operations and ensuring the smooth procurement of goods and services.

Manage and oversee the procurement process, develop effective strategies to streamline operations, negotiate with suppliers to secure advantageous terms, and contribute to the overall growth and success of the company.

As a Procurement Manager, you will be in charge of: 

• Management of the company's procurement strategies and operations related with procurement categories like services, technical and spare parts, consumables and logistics.
• Lead commercial and contract negotiations / RFP/RFQs across the sector.
• Source potential suppliers and make comprehensive evaluations based on factors such as product quality, pricing, reliability and alignment with the company's values and goals
• Collecting offers from potential suppliers, coordinating with the related department for offer clarification,
• Analyzing offers commercially, order placement and contracting.Preparing and monitoring bid evaluation tables according to the received bids and submitting them for approval,
• Carrying out contract negotiations and preparing contracts
• Managing the team according to KPI’s and company objectives
   

Profil recherché :

At least a Bachelor's degree in Purchasing / Supply Chain or a related field. Additional certifications in procurement and supply chain management are a plus.

With a solid background of 5 to 10 years in procurement and supply chain management, you will bring valuable experience to our team.

The ideal candidate should have:

• Proven experience in developing and implementing procurement Process.
• Attention to detail and the ability to analyze complex data.
• Fluency in English and French.
• SAP experience.
• Strong negotiating personality with good communication skills,
