We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented QA Tester to join our team. As a QA Tester, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and functionality of our software applications. Your responsibility will be to identify and document bugs, verify fixes, and maintain a high standard of product reliability before release.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on product requirements.

Perform manual and automated testing of web, mobile, and desktop applications.

Identify, document, and track software defects using bug-tracking tools.

Collaborate with development teams to resolve defects and ensure fixes are verified.

Conduct regression, performance, and usability testing.

Ensure compliance with project requirements, specifications, and deadlines.

Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies to enhance product quality.

Provide feedback and recommendations for product improvement.

Assist in the creation and maintenance of test documentation and reports.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Proven experience as a QA Tester or similar role in software development projects.

Familiarity with test management tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail, or similar).

Knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.

Hands-on experience with automated testing tools is a plus (e.g., Selenium, Postman).

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent attention to detail and a methodical approach to testing.

Effective communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Skills

Experience with Agile development methodologies.

Knowledge of programming languages for automated testing (e.g., Python, Java).

Familiarity with CI/CD tools and processes.

Understanding of web technologies and APIs.
