Foundever is joining forces with a North American leader in financial services and is looking for motivated Bilingual "English & French C1/C2" Customer Support Representatives.

Your Mission Will Consist Of:

• Customer Request Management: Handling requests from Canadian customers.
• Transaction Management: Ensuring proper management of various customer transactions.
• Brand Ambassador: Embody, promote, and enhance the brand's image, and services.
• Procedure Mastery: Knowing, mastering, and communicating procedures, service category specifics, general conditions, and legal obligations.
• Compliance: Complying with Group policies and procedures in terms of security and confidentiality.

Representative Responsibilities:

• Receiving, responding to, and escalating customer inquiries, complaints, and requests.

Profil Recherché

The ideal candidates must have the following:

• Language Skills: An excellent command of both English & French (English level C1 and French level C1).
• Customer Focus: Motivated representatives committed to delivering quality service.
• Availability: Willing to work full-time, including night shifts.
• Experience: Prior experience in customer service or sales, preferably in a call center, is a plus.

Additional Key Skills:

• Active Listening: Demonstrates excellent listening skills to understand customer needs and concerns.
• Persuasive Communication: Ability to communicate persuasively and effectively to resolve customer issues.
• Written Communication: Proficiency in writing clear, concise, and accurate account notes is vital for documenting cases. The written communication should be detail-oriented, well-structured, and adhere to company guidelines and policies.
