Recruiter (m/f/d)

We are currently looking for a recruiter with experience, a really good sense for the right selection of candidates, as well as an emphatic manner and a clear and focused way of working.

We are a company specializing in funding procurement (R&D), energy consulting and data protection. We are currently growing strongly in the areas of funding procurement and energy consulting and are constantly expanding our team. We advise renowned medium-sized and large companies.

We can offer such applicants exciting opportunities for further development, as we are currently growing and are also expanding our HR & Recruiting branch.

Your areas of responsibility:

• Active sourcing of suitable candidates according to a details profile briefing via LinkedIn, Indeed or other relevant channels
• Independently conducting telephone interviews and virtual and face-to-face interviews in the american market (80%) and in the french market (20%)
• Creating job descriptions
• Weekly valuation of suitable candidates in collaboration with management and executive board
• Participation in HR processes in the French and American markets market (in English)
• Participation in selected HR tasks, if applicable

Your profile:

• Completed studies with a focus on human resources, business administration or comparable training
• Significant professional experience in active sourcing & recruiting
• Fluent in business English and French
• Effective communication skills
• You enjoy working with people, have a strong service mentality and are reliable, motivated and trustworthy candidate
• You have the ability to listen actively, evaluate your results analytically and suggest suitable and interesting candidates to management and the executive board
