Remote Sales / Client Outreach Specialist (Commission-Based – High Earnings)

About the Role

We are recruiting remote Client Outreach Specialists to support an international campaign operating in the real estate sector, supported by telephony-based client engagement.

This role is ideal for confident communicators who are commercially minded, comfortable speaking with clients, and motivated by high commission earnings rather than capped salaries.

Full operational details, campaign structure, and progression pathways will be explained during the interview process.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Engaging with clients via phone and remote communication tools
• Introducing and explaining real estate related services
• Qualifying interest and appointment setting
• Working within structured outreach campaigns using provided systems
• Maintaining professional, compliant, and confident communication at all times

What We’re Looking For

• Fluent English is essential (spoken and written)
• Additional languages are a major advantage for international client outreach
• Confident telephone manner and strong communication skills
• Sales, telephony, or client facing experience preferred (but not essential)
• Self-motivated, disciplined, and comfortable working remotely
• Results-driven mindset with a strong earning focus

Earnings & Structure

• First 3 months: Commission-only
• 50% commission paid on every completed and paid deal
• No caps on earnings – performance directly determines income
• High-value deals with strong commission potential

This role is designed for individuals who back themselves and want significant upside, not a fixed ceiling.
