The Role

As a Reservations Manager (FIT), you will be responsible for managing and coordinating individual travel bookings from confirmation to final delivery.

You will ensure that all services booked for our clients — accommodation, transport, activities, and additional services — are properly arranged, confirmed with suppliers, and executed smoothly.

You will work closely with our international teams in Amsterdam and Barcelona and play a key role in delivering high-quality travel experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Register and manage new reservations in internal systems and dashboards
  • Compare prices and availability across different booking channels (Booking.com, allbeds, direct supplier contracts, and on-demand price requests)
  • Book accommodations according to room types, number of guests, and client preferences provided by the Sales team
  • Organize transport services according to flight schedules provided by the Flight Department
  • Arrange car rentals based on client requests
  • Book activities and experiences, including additional services requested after the initial booking
  • Process payments to suppliers
  • Contact partners and suppliers one week before arrival to reconfirm all services
  • Provide support through the emergency phone line during trips when clients require assistance (including occasional evenings or weekends)

Profile

We are looking for someone who is organized, proactive and comfortable working in a dynamic international environment.

Requirements

  • At least one previous experience in a travel agency or DMC
  • Excellent organizational and coordination skills
  • Ability to manage multiple bookings and suppliers simultaneously
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Good communication skills and team spirit
  • Fluent English (mandatory)
  • Motivation to participate in building a new team and office

Employment Conditions

  • Full-time position
  • Office-based in Marrakech
  • Salary: to be agreed depending on experience
