Job Description

Apparel Group is hiring Female Sales Associates (Arabic Speakers) for its Birkenstock Footwear brand in the UAE. We are looking for enthusiastic, customer-focused individuals who are passionate about retail and delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service and product knowledge
• Assist customers with product selection and inquiries
• Achieve individual and store sales targets
• Maintain store visual standards and cleanliness
• Handle cash transactions and operate POS systems
• Build strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business

Requirements

• Female candidates only
• Must be an Arabic speaker
• Good communication skills in English
• Education: High school diploma is acceptable
• Retail or sales experience preferred (footwear experience is an advantage)
• Willingness to work flexible retail hours
