We are seeking an experienced B2C Call Center Agent in Agadir! If you have a great English accent and strong communication skills, this could be the perfect role for

• Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries professionally and efficiently.
• Provide information about products or services to customers and resolve their issues.
• Handle customer complaints with empathy and professionalism, working to find effective solutions.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, feedback, and issues in the system.
• Follow communication “scripts” and protocols as required.
• Upsell or cross-sell products and services where appropriate.
• Meet individual and team performance targets, including call handling and quality metrics.
• Participate in training sessions to improve service skills and product knowledge.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance overall customer satisfaction.
