Sales Representative – Bilingual (French/English)
Location: Morocco (Work From Home)

Red Wireless is a Canadian-based call centre with over 20 years of experience as an authorized dealer for Rogers, one of Canada’s leading telecommunications companies. We are currently hiring work from home Sales Representatives in Morocco to sell Rogers wireless and internet products to Canadian customers.

As a Sales Representative, you will engage with customers over the phone, identify their needs, and recommend the best Rogers solutions while providing a positive and professional customer experience. You will receive full training, ongoing coaching, and support from an experienced management team to help you succeed in a sales-driven environment. You need to be fluent in English and French.

We offer a remote work-from-home setup, 4-day work weeks, competitive performance-based compensation, and opportunities for growth within an established international organization. 4,500 DH-6,000DH Gross a month

Key Responsibilities:

• Sell Rogers wireless phones and internet plans to Canadian customers
• Clearly explain product features, pricing, and promotions
• Guide customers through the onboarding process with Rogers
• Meet or exceed sales targets while maintaining high service quality
• Accurately document customer interactions

Requirements:

• Strong communication skills in English and French
• Experience in wireless phone or internet sales is strongly preferred
• Sales or call centre experience strongly prefered
• Reliable internet connection and quiet home workspace
• Motivated, goal-oriented, and customer-focused

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 4,500.00DH - 6,000.00DH per month
