Inside Sales Representative

SafewayTax is seeking a motivated and results oriented Inside Sales Representative to join our growing team. In this key role, you will serve as the first point of contact for prospective clients, playing a critical part in driving our continued success and expansion.

We are looking for an energetic, goal-driven professional with a strong background in sales, preferably within service-based industries, who excels at building rapport, identifying client needs, and offering tailored solutions. Your ability to communicate with confidence, educate clients on our services, and guide them through the decision making process will be essential to both individual and team success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with inbound leads and warm prospects via phone, email, and online channels
• Understand each client’s unique financial situation and clearly explain how our tax relief services can provide value
• Build trust and establish long-term client relationships through consultative selling
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure a seamless client experience
• Consistently meet or exceed sales goals and performance metrics

Qualifications:

• Proven success in inside sales or customer-facing roles, preferably in financial services, tax relief, or other consultative service sectors
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Strong work ethic with a competitive mindset and a drive to exceed targets
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Bilingual skills (Spanish/English) is a plus
