Position:

We are looking for a Sales Agent to advise clients, answer their questions and register them to our educational services.

Benefits:

• Competitive compensation: 6400 MAD per month + bonuses
• Permanent contract Monday to Friday from 9am to 6pm (EST) (40h/week)

Missions :

• Answer incoming calls
• Do cold calls to develop partnerships
• Explain our services to customers and answer their questions
• Manage various files
• Follow up with current and potential clients

Profile sought:

• Perfect English (written and spoken)
• Spanish (preferred but not mandatory)
• 1+ years experience in a sales and/or customer service position
• Possess a computer and a fast internet connection
• Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively
