We are seeking an experienced Sales Support Pricing Specialist to support our sales team by managing pricing activities and delivering competitive freight quotations. The role requires strong industry knowledge and hands-on experience in freight forwarding.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage freight quotations (air, ocean, and/or road)
• Request and negotiate rates with carriers, agents, and overseas partners
• Support sales with pricing strategies, RFQs, and tenders
• Analyze market trends and ensure competitive and profitable pricing
• Maintain pricing databases and rate sheets throught CRM
• Ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely responses to sales inquiries

Profile & Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in pricing, sales support, or operations within freight forwarding
• Strong knowledge of freight forwarding processes and international transport
• Solid understanding of air, ocean, and/or road freight pricing structures
• Strong analytical and numerical skills
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities
• Proficient in English (spoken and written)
• Good command of MS Excel and pricing tools
