DHL Global Forwarding – Morocco has an opening for a Sales Support where you will, under supervision, support sales sub‑function plans and processes to drive business growth, profitability, and enhance customer retention for a defined area or territory, in line with the business strategy, financial objectives, and Group guidelines and policies.

 

In this Sales Support position

  • You will, under supervision, support sales sub‑function plans and processes to deliver business growth, profitability, and enhance customer retention for a defined area or territory, in line with business strategy, financial objectives, and Group guidelines and policies.
  • You will undertake generally repetitive tasks to implement sales, marketing, customer retention, advertising, pricing, and distribution plans.
  • You will comply with established procedures to reconcile sales, revenues, and costs against forecasts in order to identify problem areas.
  • You will assist in reporting improvement areas based on pipeline reporting in collaboration with Sales Effectiveness.
  • You will verify and process market trends and customer requirements and support the translation of products/services into solutions that meet customer needs.
  • You will, under supervision, provide administrative support to manage sales support processes and tools to ensure sales force effectiveness.
