This position is 100% work from home and the schedule is from 9am-5pm EST time zone (Canada) Monday to Friday.

We are seeking a Salesforce Instances Specialist to support our Canadian client in managing and optimizing multiple Salesforce environments.

Reporting to the Director of Revenue Operations, your mission will be to enhance the operational efficiency of our go-to-market (GTM) strategy, streamline contracting and commission processes, and ensure the integrity and performance of our Salesforce systems.This role requires strong technical expertise in Salesforce administration, a problem-solving mindset, and a proactive approach to system improvements.

You will play a central role in supporting a dispersed team, collaborating with internal stakeholders, and maintaining best practices across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer and maintain Salesforce instances.
  • Configure and customize Salesforce features based on business requirements.
  • Ensure data quality, security, and compliance.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues, providing support to users.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders for system enhancements and improvements.
  • Answer technical inquiries quickly and clearly every day
  • Support SFDC onboarding/offboarding processes
  • Act as a Salesforce subject matter expert and trusted advisor for all internal users, advancing issues as needed
  • Lead data stewardship efforts

Requirements:

  • 2 years of experience with Salesforce administration.
  • Fluent English
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, security, and best practices.
  • Experience managing Salesforce feature requests and system improvements.
  • Solid knowledge of data management tools (e.g., Data Loader) and Excel.
  • Experience building advanced Salesforce reports and dashboards.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce integrations (Ironclad, CPQ, CRMA is a plus).
  • Excellent communication skills — written, verbal, and visual — to explain technical concepts clearly.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
  • Ability to write clear user stories and process documentation.
  • Salesforce Administrator or Advanced Administrator certification preferred
