To be considered for this role, you will need the following experience:

• Excellent Customer Service experience
• Well organised with the ability to work well under pressure
• A confident user of the MS Office Suite (Excel, Outlook and Word)
• Excellent communication service skills - confident with both written and verbal communication
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Have excellent time management skills
• Enthusiastic self-starter with a can-do attitude

To be successful in this role you will need to demonstrate:

· 1+ Years’ experience in an office-based role, desirable

· Degree or professional qualification, desirable

· The role is subject to BS7858 clearance
