Full job description

We are working on a confidential, high-impact digital platform in the mobility and commerce space.
We are looking for a Senior Backend Developer to join the core technical team and help build and scale the backend systems from the ground up.

You will work closely with engineering leadership on designing clean, secure, and scalable backend services under tight timelines.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop backend APIs and services
• Implement authentication, authorization, and security mechanisms
• Build and maintain database schemas and migrations
• Ensure performance, reliability, and scalability
• Integrate external services and APIs
• Implement logging, monitoring, and basic analytics
• Collaborate closely with frontend and mobile developers
• Participate in technical decisions and architecture discussions

Technical requirements

• Strong experience in backend development (Node.js with NestJS or Java with Spring Boot)
• Solid understanding of RESTful API design
• Experience with PostgreSQL or similar relational databases
• Knowledge of authentication systems (JWT, OAuth, or similar)
• Familiarity with caching, rate limiting, and backend best practices
• Experience working on production systems

Profile

• Senior-level experience
• Bac+3 minimum in Computer Science or equivalent
• Autonomous, structured, and delivery-focused
• Comfortable working under deadlines
• Open-minded and collaborative
• Startup experience is a plus
