What You’ll Be Doing

As a Senior Cloud Program Analyst, you will play a key role in driving and managing cloud programs across multiple regions. You’ll report directly to the Global Lead for Microsoft Modern Workplace & Copilot and work closely with suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless program execution. Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing global programs such as Microsoft CSP, Modern Workplace and Copilot, and funding program execution.
• Acting as the primary point of contact between suppliers, internal teams, and stakeholders.
• Leading multi-country program execution, ensuring alignment with business objectives, budgets, and timelines.
• Educating and supporting stakeholders on cloud program capabilities and partnership opportunities.
• Monitoring, analyzing, and reporting on program performance to identify areas for improvement.
• Supporting governance processes and ensuring compliance with internal and supplier standards.
• Driving operational excellence by optimizing processes and managing multiple initiatives simultaneously.

Who We’re Looking For

We are seeking a mid-senior to a senior professional (3 years of experience) with strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills. The ideal candidate will have:

• Project management experience in a global, multi-country environment.

• Familiarity with Cloud / Microsoft products and services (Modern Workplace or Copilot) – highly preferred.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and influence decisions.

• Excellent communication skills (fluent in English, written and verbal).

• Ability to educate, influence, and build trust with stakeholders at all levels.

• Experience in process optimization, documentation management, and program governance.

• A proactive, results-oriented mindset, comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
