As part of their continued growth, our client is expanding their Morocco team and seeking top-tier talent to support complex, global ServiceNow transformation initiatives.

POSITION OVERVIEW

We are looking for a high-performing ServiceNow Developer who goes beyond configuration – someone who architects scalable solutions, challenges assumptions, and delivers clean, high-quality code.

You will play a critical role in designing and building enterprise-grade solutions across ITSM, HRSD, and CSM modules while collaborating with international teams in an agile environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead configuration, development, and optimization across ITSM, HRSD, and CSM modules.
• Design and build scoped applications using App Engine, Scripted APIs, UI Builder, and the Now Experience Framework.
• Develop advanced workflows using Flow Designer and IntegrationHub.
• Build and maintain secure integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, third-party systems).
• Ensure platform scalability, security, and performance optimization.
• Participate in architecture discussions and propose best practices.
• Conduct code reviews and uphold high development standards.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and innovation within the practice.

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• 3–5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
• Strong expertise in ITSM, HRSD, and/or CSM modules.
• Deep knowledge of JavaScript, Glide APIs, ACLs, data model architecture, and platform security best practices.
• Proven experience building custom applications on the Now Platform.
• Proficiency with Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, ATF, and Service Portal.
• Strong analytical mindset and structured problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable working with international clients and cross-functional teams.
• Fluent in English (French is a strong asset).

Certifications preferred: CSA, CAD, and at least one module certification (ITSM, HRSD, or CSM).

NICE TO HAVE

• Experience with Predictive Intelligence, Virtual Agent, or AI Search.
• Exposure to Polaris / Next Experience UI.
• Knowledge of DevOps practices, Git-based version control, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience mentoring junior developers.
• Interest in service design, digital experience, or employee experience transformation.
