Social Media Manager / Graphic Designer / Video Editor

About the Role
Boston English Center is hiring a creative and tech-savvy Social Media Manager who can also handle graphic design and video editing. The ideal candidate is comfortable using AI tools to create videos, graphics, and social content efficiently and is excited to work from our Marrakech office.
This role blends creativity, marketing, and modern AI workflows.
Responsibilities
- Manage and grow our social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, etc.)
- Create engaging short-form and long-form videos
- Design graphics for social media, ads, thumbnails, and promotions
- Edit videos for reels, shorts, ads, and educational content
- Use AI tools to:
- Generate video content, avatars, voiceovers, subtitles, and scripts
- Speed up editing and content production
- Plan, schedule, and optimize content calendars
- Ensure brand consistency across all platforms
- Work closely with the marketing and content teams at the Marrakech office
Required Skills
- Experience in social media management
- Strong skills in graphic design and video editing
- Hands-on experience with AI content creation tools
- Familiarity with tools such as:
- Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator
- CapCut, Premiere Pro, After Effects, or AI-based editors
- Good understanding of social media trends and engagement strategies
- Ability to work on-site in Marrakech
Nice to Have
- Experience in education or online learning content
- Marketing or advertising background
- Ability to create content in English (Arabic or French is a plus)
- Experience repurposing content across platforms
