Job Description
- Checks approved purchase requisition (PR / Feeder) for completeness
Validates approved purchase requisition (PR / Feeder) in relation to global / local RFQ standards
Creates a Purchase Order (PO) and controls the release of it according to authorization level
Manages MRP run for defined stock of nonproduction parts (e.g. spare parts, etc., to create purchase orders)
Requires a PO confirmation from the supplier
Tracks PO fulfillment in regards of e.g. delivery time, quality, quantity, etc.
Supports invoice verification in case of deviations e.g. validation, etc.
Manages supplier claims to be closed or initiates a escalation on a higher level
Performs monthly purchasing reporting and tracks it in the respective tools
Closes already fulfilled POs and tracks long-lasting open POs to be closed
Qualifications and Experience
- Education: Master’s degree in Purchasing, Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 2 to 5 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, supply chain, or a similar role.
