Job description

Poste :

As a Recruiter you will be required to carry out the following responsibilities and need to have experience of the same:

  • Work along with recruitment lead / team to fulfil vacancies through the most beneficial source of recruitment with a keen focus on meeting timelines, minimizing costs and improve quality of hire;
  • Liaison with Team Leads / Managers / HR & ES Team to ensure smooth execution of recruitment related activities;
  • Interview candidates via phone / teams and in person;
  • Meet defined SLAs on hiring turnaround time, offer to joining ratio, direct channel sourcing and other hygiene parameters;
  • Should be adept at Sourcing of candidates through various channels such as Job Boards, job fairs, Networking, Referrals and direct sourcing;
  • Research and implement new ways of sourcing/attracting candidates;
  • Negotiate employment agreements and salaries with potential employees. This will require the familiarity of recruitment laws, taxation regulations, HR practices and policies across Poland;
  • Managing on boarding along with local HR & ES and making sure all hiring documentation is in place;
  • Ensure Background verification process is completed and all data prepared for Audit;
  • All additional tasks as the role evolves

Profil recherché :

Desirable skills and experience will involve:

  • Relevant experience in technical recruitment (preferably in a recruitment agency or an outsourcing company) - 1,5+ years;
  • Excellent communication skills including being able to communicate flawlessly with candidates from different countries, cultures and with different accents;
  • Fluent English (min. C1) spoken and written, allowing operating in English on a daily basis. Knowledge of any other language(s) as an advantage;
  • An ability of work within tight timescales and to the deadline;
  • “Can-do” attitude and proactive approach;
  • Previous experience with MS Office suite, especially Excel and Outlook.
  • An ability to work under pressure, good stress management.
  • Volume hiring / Multilingual experience preferred;
  • Flexible to take up business travel occasionally.
