Salary

Salary: 5,000 – 10,000 MAD per month + performance bonuses, based on experience.

We are expanding our operations in Marrakech and looking for a reliable and detail-oriented professional to join our office team.

Role Overview

The Teacher Success & Quality Specialist is responsible for evaluating, training, and monitoring teachers.

This is a critical role. You will decide which teachers are approved, which need improvement, and which should not continue with the company.

Responsibilities

Teacher Evaluation

  • Attend trial classes as a student to evaluate teachers
  • Assess teaching quality, structure, engagement, and communication
  • Approve or reject teachers based on clear criteria

Onboarding and Training

  • Train new teachers on platform features and expectations
  • Explain scheduling system, policies, and student management
  • Ensure teachers understand how to deliver effective lessons

Performance Tracking

  • Monitor new teachers during their first 30 days
  • Track attendance, engagement, and student feedback
  • Identify issues early and take corrective action

Follow-Up and Support

  • Conduct regular check-ins with teachers
  • Provide clear, direct, and constructive feedback
  • Ensure teachers remain consistent and reliable

Quality Control

  • Maintain high teaching standards across the platform
  • Flag underperforming teachers
  • Recommend training or removal when necessary

Requirements

  • Strong English communication skills
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Comfortable making decisions and evaluating performance
  • Able to give clear and direct feedback
  • Reliable, proactive, and structured

Preferred

  • Experience in teaching, training, or quality control
  • Experience in online education (ESL, IELTS, TOEFL)
  • Experience managing or evaluating people

Important

This role requires someone who can make decisions. You will be expected to approve or reject teachers based on performance.
