Poste :

Responsabilities

  •  Process owner
  •  Training of new onboarded Inside Sellers
  •  Control the correct application of the processes
  •  Set a routine of audits (daily, weekly, monthly)
  •  Propose improvements to Inside Sales Director, with KPI’s
  •  Measure performances & quality of process outcomes :
  •  KPI’s by activity
  •  Implement quality measurements & follow up (action plan)
  •  Measure escapes and identify root causes and changes required
  •  Support team during daily business / animation equipe et culture de la performance
