The Role: Technical Account Manager
This is not a support role.
We’re looking for someone who can act as a trusted technical partner for our customers. You’ll own the relationship with users, lead calls confidently in English, understand their technical challenges, and help them having a better email deliverability.
You don’t need to be a deep email deliverability expert on day one, but you must be able to learn fast, ask the right questions, and become highly credible on technical topics related to email infrastructure and deliverability.
You’ll also contribute internally by structuring processes, sharing customer feedback, and collaborating closely with product and operations.
