We are looking for a motivated Technical Support Specialist to join our team. This role acts as the bridge between our technical development teams, our non-technical colleagues, and our clients, serving as a vital link to ensure technical issues are resolved efficiently and accurately.
Your key responsibilities:
- Investigating, diagnosing, and solving technical issues independently to ensure smooth service operations;
- Translating non-technical feedback into high-quality tasks for development teams by adding necessary code-oriented context;
- Providing clear technical guidance and consultations to non-technical co-workers regarding company services and products;
- Communicating with clients via email and professional tools to resolve complex technical inquiries;
- Monitoring system health to identify downtime and escalating critical issues to the relevant departments;
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date technical documentation within company tools;
- Coordinating with third-party vendors to resolve external technical disruptions;
- Performing routine daily tasks using Gemini or a similar tool to enhance efficiency and productivity.
What we’re looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or at least 1 year of experience in a technical support role;
- Ability to clearly and effectively communicate complex technical information to non-technical colleagues and customers;
- Working knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, and browser developer tools for front-end troubleshooting;
- Strong understanding of REST APIs, including the ability to analyze HTTP requests and responses;
- Proficiency in using CLI (Shell/Terminal commands) and managing data with SQL (MySQL, MariaDB, or PostgreSQL);
- Basic reading and debugging skills in PHP or other back-end programming languages;
- Fluency in English (both written and verbal) to support international clients and colleagues;
- Strong analytical thinking skills used to identify root causes in a fast-paced environment;
- Proven familiarity and experience with AI tools like Gemini and other technologies, demonstrating a capability to seamlessly integrate these into daily tasks.
Nice-to-Have:
- Experience with CMS platforms such as WordPress, PrestaShop, OpenCart, or Magento;
- Familiarity with AI development tools like MCPs, Claude Code, or Gemini CLI.
