We are looking for a Junior IT Support Technician to join our team in Agadir. If you have a passion for technology, problem-solving skills, and a willingness to learn, this could be the perfect role for you!

Responsibilities:
• Provide first-line technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment (PCs, printers, routers, etc.).
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving IT-related problems for employees.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and access control.
• Support the IT team in maintaining security protocols and system updates.
• Document technical issues and solutions for future reference.

Profil Recherché

Requirements:
• Basic knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office.
• Understanding of networking fundamentals (IP, Wi-Fi, VPN, etc.).
• Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• A small knowledge of the English language is a must.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
• Degree/Diploma in IT, Computer Science, or a related field is a plus.
